How the ELIA Learning Platform collects, uses and protects your personal data under the GDPR.

1. Who we are
This learning platform is operated within the ELIA project (Erasmus+, Grant Agreement GAP-101260687). The data controller is the ELIA consortium, coordinated by KONISTRA d.o.o.
2. What we collect
Account details you provide (name, e-mail), and learning data generated as you use the platform (course enrolments, activity completion, quiz results, certificates).
3. Why & legal basis
To deliver vocational training and certification (performance of the ELIA project tasks) and on the basis of your consent given here. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Retention
Data is kept for the duration of the project and the contractually required sustainability period, then deleted or anonymised. See the data retention summary linked in the footer.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time via Profile → Data privacy, which routes your request to the Data Protection Officer.
